We can have a technician onsite within 3 hours but usually sooner as we make service calls our top priority.
Warranty is 30 days parts and labor. After 30 days parts are covered but not labor if the part fails.
In most cases do all work on-site. There are some cases that the job will be too big to do in the field or we need an indoor shop environment to do the work without disturbing your operation. In this case we would bring the equipment to our shop, but this is very rare.
Yes, we have a very detailed software that can schedule all of your equipment for service, and we also have the ability to track all of your service records for each piece of equipment with detailed reports if needed.
